Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Bhartiya Aviation Academy: There may be certain Course that Bhartiya Aviation Academy is unable to accept and must cancel. Bhartiya Aviation Academy reserves the right, at Bhartiya Aviation sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever.
Refund Policy If Your order is cancelled after Your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in Your credit card account. In case of requests for order cancellations, Bhartiya Aviation the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever.
Bhartiya Aviation will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. Bhartiya Aviation has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. You agree not to dispute the decision made by Bhartiya Aviation Academy I and accept Bhartiya Aviation decision regarding the cancellation.
Refund Policy
As part of usual business practice, if Bhartiya Aviation Academy a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/ approved by Bhartiya Aviation Academy, Bhartiya Aviation Academy shall cancel the order and No any refund t to You.
